摘要: Abstract Herewith the development of a GC methodology, where two different detectors (FID and APCI-TOF MS) were simultaneously used, to determine quantitative changes in metabolic profile Persea americana is presented. The evolution 13 avocado varieties was checked quantifying analytes belonging several chemical families (organic acids, phytohormones, vitamins, flavonoids phenolic acids). method fully validated analytical parameters both compared, showing them acceptable features. GC–FID showed better results terms precision (repeatability intermediate precision), but LODs LOQs significantly higher (oscillating from 24.8 800 μg L− 1 82.7 μg L− 1 2666.7 μg L− 1, respectively) than for MS (LODs found within range 0.1–207.8 μg L− 1 0.5–692.5 μg L− 1). A total 27 compounds quantified by GC–APCI-MS, whilst allowed proper quantification 7 analytes. concentration organic vitamins tend, general, decrease with ripening process, whereas acids such as ferulic or p-coumaric usually increase their fruit ripens. To corroborate further on associated and/or ripening, we used principal component analysis, identifying quinic epicatechin quercetin some most influential explaining classification samples under study.
