摘要: Abstract A series of 3,5-diaryl-isoxazoline/isoxazole linked pyrrolo[2,1- c ][1,4]benzodiazepine (PBD) conjugates were prepared. These showed potent anticancer activity with GI 50 values in the range 6a – ) promising further investigated on cell cycle distribution. Moreover, these PBD exhibited G0/G1 arrest, enhancement levels p53 protein as well mitochondrial-mediated intrinsic pathway, leading to release cytochrome , activation caspase-3, cleavage PARP and subsequent apoptotic death. Hence being most one could be taken up for preclinical studies either alone or combination existing therapies.
