摘要: Abstract Purpose Raman spectroscopy has distinguished malignant from normal tissues in several types of cancer. This is the first report applying to diagnosis Wilms' tumor. Methods Specimens kidney, tumor, xanthogranuloma, nephrogenic rests, and rhabdoid tumor were collected fresh operating room. congenital mesoblastic nephroma retrieved cryobank thawed room temperature. At least 12 spectra each tissue sample. Histologic slides specimen reviewed by pediatric pathologists. A computer algorithm based on discriminant function analysis (DFA) classified Results Four hundred sixty-seven 41 specimens. Using DFA, differentiated with 100% sensitivity specificity treated untreated specificity. a DFA model built cryopreserved specimens but applied samples, 93.3% 90.9%, respectively. Conclusion an accurate technique for differentiating kidney It potential diagnose minutes what currently takes hours days.
