Analysis of the etching behavior of ZnO ceramics

摘要: Abstract ZnO ceramics doped with a small amount of Bi 2 O 3 and Sb were prepared their orientation-dependent etching patterns analyzed. Three distinctive produced by the oxidizing etchant HCl observed: hexagonal etch pits on + C plane, triangular prismatic hillocks pyramid − plane. From these results, three-dimensional shape pit could be suggested. The character inversion boundary was also determined from patterns.
