The Role of Demographics in Occupational Stress and Well Being

摘要: In much of the contemporary research on occupational stress and well-being, demographic factors such as gender, age, race/ethnicity are evident in background controlled statistical analysis. This volume asks whether that should be case extent to which those demographics impact our experience well-being.
