摘要: The interaction of trace metal ions, viz. MnII, CoII, NiII, CuII, ZnII and CdII with adenine (A) as primary ligand 5-halouracils, 5-bromouracil (5BrU) 5-iodouracil (5IU) secondary ligands (L) has been studied at 25±0.1°C constant ionic strength (μ=0.1M NaNO3), in an aqueous medium using Bjerrum–Calvin's pH-titration technique adopted by Irving Rossotti for binary (ML), Chidambaram Bhattacharya ternary (MAL) systems respectively. experimental data were analyzed the aid BEST computer program order to evaluate formation constants various intermediate complex species formed involving nucleobases (viz. A, 5BrU 5IU). relative stability each was compared that corresponding complexes terms ΔlogK values.
