摘要: Biomedical graduate students and postdocs are faced with systemic changes to the career landscape these widespread have created a push seek employment outside tenure track, bench scientist pathways. This study explored role of faculty mentors’ perceptions challenges how it relates their willingness support from school at institution equip themselves trainees necessary information about opportunities. members across five campuses in United States, under aegis National Institutes Health’s (NIH) Broadening Experiences Scientific Training (BEST), were surveyed.
