摘要: A pervaporation process for separating organic contaminants from evaporator condensate streams is disclosed. The employs a permselective membrane that selectively permeable to an component of the condensate. involves contacting feed side with liquid stream, and withdrawing permeate vapor enriched in component. driving force pressure across membrane. This difference may be provided instance by maintaining vacuum on side, or condensing permeate. offers simple, economic alternative other separation techniques.
