摘要: Cast-iron (CI) based bulk amorphous alloy with compositions of Fe 75.5− x C 6.0 Si 3.3 B 5.5 P 8.7 Cu 1.0 Al ( = 0, 1 at.%) was synthesized by mold casting. As indicated increased critical diameters d max ) for the amorphization, substitution enhanced glass-forming ability alloy. However, onset temperature crystallization T and range supercooled liquid region (Δ decreased upon addition from 500 °C 28 to 475 25 °C, respectively. It revealed that thermal stability phase is related tendency form primary α-Fe phase. Upon nanocrystallization Al-added shows enlarged M s 176 emu g −1 , still keeping a reasonable small H c value 0.086 Oe. The present study minor enhances not only ability, but also behavior CI
