摘要: Progress toward understanding motor memory has been hampered by the lack of a sound theoretical framework, and inadequate research procedures/paradigms. Four assumptions inherent in commonly held contention, that movement produced at recall accurately reflects state its memorial antecedents, are examined. Evidence refuting these is provided. an alternative procedure for examining developed. The involves use admissible trans formations to ensure identity individual list items time recall. Two experiments presented which this was used analyse subjects' movements. frequency-based data resulting from procedure, provided basis making several kinds analyses were not possible when normal metric measures used.
