摘要: Present paper deals with the experimental study of composition refractory fiber-reinforced aluminous cement based composites and its response to gradual thermal loading. Basalt fibers were applied in doses 0.25, 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0% volume. Simultaneously, binder system on was modified by fine ground ceramic powder originated from accurate blocks production. Ceramic dosed as partial replacement used 5, 10, 15, 20, 25%. Influence changes evaluated results physical mechanical testing; compressive strength, flexural bulk density, fracture energy determined different levels temperature Increased dose basalt allows reaching expected higher values energy, but respect strength determination an optimal rate considered 0.25% Fine application led extensive increase residual parameters just up 10%. Higher reduced final density kept properties level mixtures without replacement.
