摘要: This study evaluated the suitability of flaxseed oil as a source supplemental dietary lipid for fingerlings rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss). Triplicate groups 30 held under identical culture conditions were fed twice daily by iso-nitrogenous, iso-calorific and iso-lipidic diets 8 weeks. Experimental consisted 30.2% protein, 18.6 kJ g-1 energy 16.5% from fish (FO), (FxO) 1:1 blends oils (FFxO). Moisture, ash, final body weight, specific growth rate, weight gain, feed conversion ratio, survival hepatosomatic index not affected treatments but percent lipids was significantly highest in diet (FxOD). The condition factors reared on FxOD (FFxOD) lower than those (FOD). Protein efficiency ratio (PER) higher FOD FFxOD. Whole fatty acid compositions mirrored treatments. amounts highly unsaturated acids (HUFAs) detected 100% FO, which different other In all polyunsaturated acids/saturated (PUFAs/SFAs) n-6/n-3 ratios 0.45 4, respectively. Present results indicate can be FO has been replaced with FxO, no significant effects performance.
