摘要: In light of the fact that construction projects are expensive, complex, and time-consuming undertakings, a well-written contract specifies each participant’s duties obligations is required. Furthermore, with regard to business practice differences between United States China unquestionably needed by American owners, design firms, companies conducting in China. response this industry need, general conditions contracts commonly used (AIA-A201) (GF-1999-0201) have been analyzed compared. The findings research reveal content subclauses AIA-A201 GF-1999-0201 different several ways. These may caused cultural, historical, geographical, political, language variations exist Chinese markets. Understanding these could help U.S. stay competitive profitable
