摘要: Abstract Neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s and Parkinson present oxidative damage of neurocytes generally caused by reactive oxygen species (ROS). Heme peroxidases consume produce ROS thus serving suppresors promoters ROS-related pathology A core reaction network production consumption hydrogen peroxide superoxide is the Peroxidase-Oxidase (PO). PO was among first biochemical oscillators to be experimentally numerically studied, with dynamical scenarios multiple steady states, complex oscillations chaos. In particular, oxyferrous peroxidase (compound III) O2 have been used observable variables in experiments record chaotic dynamics. Moreover, has embedded nanoparticles order serve a sensor for ROS. this contribution we quantified, using observability coefficients, which chemical more suitable observe reconstruct characteristic dynamics reaction.
