摘要: Tamoxifen, widely used in the management of breast cancer, has been associated with a reduction mortality and recurrence as well occurrence controlateral tumors. It is generally tolerated, apart from certain well-documented adverse effects concerning mainly reproductive organs, most worrying being its carcinogenicity for endometrium. Ocular toxicity also reported one possible complication drug, lesions described retina, cornea, or optic nerve, especially women treated high daily cumulated doses tamoxifen, although some cases have standard doses.
