摘要: We investigate the resonance excitation of electrostatic as well electromagnetic electron cyclotron harmonic waves by mode conversion during ionospheric F region modification experiments when pump wave frequency is near harmonics frequency. In case we calculate bandwidth around each within which Bernstein possible.
