摘要: A new generation of higher gain commercial buck converters built using advanced short channel CMOS processes has the potential to operate in Atlas Inner Detector at Super Large Hadron Collider (sLHC). This approach would inherently be more efficient than existing practice locating power conversion external detector. The must a large magnetic field and able survive both high doses ionizing radiation neutron fluences. presence necessitates use an air core inductor which is developed discussed here. Noise measurements will made investigate effect frequency switching converter on sensitive front end electronics. Radiation hardness selected mosfets also reported.
