摘要: The current systematic review investigates the antibiotic susceptibility pattern of Legionella pneumophila isolates from 1980s to present day, deriving data clinical and/or water samples studies carried out all over world. Eighty-nine papers meeting inclusion criteria, i.e., "Legionella pneumophila" and "resistance antibiotics", were evaluated according pre-defined validity criteria. Sixty articles referred isolates, 18 reported water-related L. while 11 included both isolates. Several methods have been proposed as suitable for determination MICs, such E-test, broth agar dilution, disk diffusion methods, in vivo vitro, using various media. E-test method by European Society Clinical Microbiology Infectious Diseases (EUCAST) seems be second most frequently used overall, but it is preferred recent publications (2000-2019) interpretation Erythromycin has proved preference resistance testing years. However, last 19 years, antibiotics ciprofloxacin (CIP), erythromycin (ERM), levofloxacin (LEV) azithromycin (AZM) ones that saw an increase their use. A decrease sensitivity was identified approximately half reviewed articles.
