摘要: The opportunities for multicomponent models have increased recently because of the development new methodologies including dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DXA), total body electrical conductivity, neutron activation analysis and bioelectric impedance along with traditional measures water, potassium density. need valid composition approaches has arisen failure two-component model, i.e., fat fat-free (FFB), to yield accurate estimates both within among various populations. Without approaches, field lacked a criterion method by which validate methods. With precise reference compositions can be established populations, changes in growth aging more accurately assessed, effect dietary exercise programs quantified on components. pitfalls now use arise from theoretical, methodological statistical considerations. It is purpose this paper review present limitations develop set guidelines foster systems.
