摘要: The effect of melt convection during the solidification Ti 45 Al 55 alloys was investigated in terms microstructure evolution and resulting mechanical properties. samples were subjected to conventional induction melting as well enhanced stirring by an external magnetic field using a specially designed floating zone arrangement. stirred showed significant improvement plastic deformability. A strong change morphology from dendritic spherical increased properitectic phase fraction observed after stirring.
