摘要: Brain tumors are heterogeneous with respect to genetic and histological properties of cells within the tumor tissue. To study subpopulations cells, we developed a protocol for obtaining viable single from freshly isolated human brain tissue cell gene expression profiling. We evaluated this technique characterization populations penumbra. Fresh was obtained one astrocytoma grade IV oligodendroglioma III as well penumbra latter tumor. The dissociated into individual 36 genes assessed by reverse transcription quantitative PCR followed data analysis. show that both constituted defined their profiles. Some proper shared molecular characteristics same suggesting subpopulation consisted normal cells. conclude can be identified using
