摘要: In recent years, companies have started to utilise online social communities as a means of communicating with and targeting their employees customers, such include discussion fora. The conversational dynamics users in fora can influence neighbours the underlying network. We make use target specific information, i.e. post them, because is generally shared community not just individual users. short, we study information diffusion across show that achieve high (and user) spread using an efficient strategy. order this, set novel measures for cross-community it outperforms other strategies on two different data-sets: largest Irish system, Boards.ie, technical support fora, SAP SCN.
