摘要: For persons suffering from severe mental disorders (SMD), better quantification of needs may facilitate services planning and evaluation, as well patient recovery. This study aimed to assess associations sociodemographic, socioeconomic, service utilization, life events, social support clinical variables with the level perceived users SMD globally according their factorial structure. A total 351 adults Montreal (Canada) were interviewed using Assessment Needs Questionnaire seven other standardized instruments. Clinical records also consulted. Eight associated levels needs. Four factors extracted factor analysis labeled respectively: Helplessness, Social Integration, Functional Skills Interpersonal Relationships. Models built assessment are stronger than global have a greater association pertinent variables.
