Study on the synthesis and optoelectronic properties of the homopolymer of 2,8-bis(octyloxy)-dibenzothiophene-S,S-dioxide

摘要: Abstract The homopolymer of 2,8-bis(octyloxy)-dibenzothiophene-S,S-dioxide (HPSO) was synthesized by Suzuki polycondensation reaction and utilized as the light-emitting material in fluorescence-based PLED host phosphorescence-based PLED, respectively. HPSO possesses LUMO/HOMO levels at −3.10 eV/−6.20 eV triplet energy level 3.02 eV. Utilizing material, device with configuration ITO/PEDOT:PSS/HPSO/CsF/Al displayed maximal luminous efficiency 1.3 cd/A. ITO/PEDOT:PSS/PVK/HPSO:FIrpic/Ba/Al 6.6 cd/A. results indicate that is a promising candidate new type blue-light-emitting for PLED.
