摘要: Basing on the analysis of discussions around industrial policy definitions and justifications, paper suggests a new conception policy: it is an assemblage government’s intentions to make up good economy tools effectuate intentions. The variety meanings term “good economy” cognitive patterns that can influence understanding adopted by government are analyzed. results recent positive researches which revealed some economies’ structural features promote economic resilience competitiveness summarized. It shown achievement these contradict governments’ political goals.
