摘要: Near-infrared (NIR)-induced photothermal therapy (PTT) is now considered to be a promising and highly efficient method for tumor therapy. Photothermal agents play crucial role in PTT, they are required possess the ability harvest NIR light transform photon energy into heat energy. This work reports facile synthesize new PTT agent, which based on electrostatic binding of Au nanospheres (Au NSs, ∼15 nm) surface nanometer-sized mineral, attapulgite, form tubelike Au–attapulgite nanocomposites. These nanocomposites consist numerous linked each other along attapulgite surface. The exhibit similar localized plasmon resonance absorption characteristics those nanorods with longitudinal mode that shifts region (∼670 nm).
