摘要: Two studies were conducted to examine the relationship between class cohesion and exercise adherence in older adult exercisers. Study 1 examined predictive ability of four dimensions on participation at 1, 6, 12 months following initial assessment cohesion. 2 effectiveness a team-building intervention, designed enhance (and based results), improving return rates.
