摘要: Aging is associated with alterations in immune responses and may lead to clinically significant changes the safety, immunogenicity, protective efficacy of certain vaccines. This review summarizes published data regarding effects age on after immunization vaccines generally administered before travel. The specific discussed detail include hepatitis A, typhoid, yellow fever, Japanese encephalitis, rabies There some evidence diminished serological A older individuals. In addition, increased toxic following fever vaccination elderly recipients have recently been reported. However, many travel-related never studied specifically populations. Consideration potential age-related differences travel becoming increasingly important as persons more frequently venture exotic destinations.
