摘要: Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) planks were dried in industrial progressive, conventional batch and high temperature kilns. The timber was further impregnated an autoclave with three preservatives used for above ground use. Samples by the test methods control samples thereafter processed scanning electron microscopy observations. Small clear specimens sawn determination of impact bending strength, modulus elasticity rupture (MOE MOR) hardness. wood (at 115°C) characterised partially damaged apertures some bordered pits nano- (10-20 nm) micro checks (1-2 μm) warty S 3 layers cell walls. It is probable that certain modifications structure polymer complex also occurred due to hemicellulose thermal degradation. above-mentioned structural changes facilitated penetration preservative during impregnation its evacuation final stage vacuum. progressive kiln drying had no visible effect on microstructure wood. There critical reduction hardness MOE untreated regardless method. MOR significantly decreased after drying, but not following drying. Impregnation Tanalith E hatch aggravated both did differ from those samples.
