AFLP analysis of genetic relationships in the tribe Datureae (Solanaceae).

摘要: The AFLP technique was evaluated as a tool for assessing species relationships within the tribe Datureae and genetic distances were estimated 47 accessions of over 12 species. phenetic trees from various analyses data gave very high co-phenetic correlation values, found to be consistent with previous based on analysis different types, in particular ITS-1 sequences, isozymes morphology, carried out same accessions. These results indicated that is both an efficient effective determining among taxa Solanaceae. A new classification proposed Datureae, which maintains arborescent separate genus, Brugmansia, recognises three sections genus Datura; Stramonium, Dutra Ceratocaulis. D. discolor, previously placed section Dutra, intermediate between Stramonium.
