摘要: We explored the application of three different aqueous solutions derived from Black Tea leaf extracts in synthesis Au and Ag nanoparticles. The plain tea broth, as well that containing ethyl acetate extract leaves, were found to be extremely efficient, leading rapid formation stable nanoparticles various shapes: spheres, trapezoids, prisms rods. For a given metal ion precursor, kinetics particle remarkably similar these two solutions, evidenced their absorption spectroscopy monitored over time. Moreover, they exhibited redox behavior. In contrast, with other solution, dichloromethane (CH2Cl2) we failed detect any nanoparticle generation under reaction conditions. Our results suggest reduction ions stabilization resultant particles first involved same class biomolecules. identified biomolecules polyphenols, including flavonoids, which present comparable amounts both broth extract, but are absent CH2Cl2 leaves. efficiency towards compared naturally occurring hydroxyflavonoid, quercetin.
