摘要: Abstract In the present work, occurrence form of iron impurities SiC crystals were analyzed using field emission scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy (SEM/EDS), leaching kinetics from ultra-fine powders in acid system with ultrasound-assisted was also examined. The effects different parameters such as types acid, concentration, temperature, reaction time, stirring speed, ultrasound frequency power affecting on removal efficiency comprehensively studied to obtain an optimum condition. results indicated that are determined exist FexSiy Fex-Siy-Tiz phases crystals. Under optimized conditions ultrasound, rate can reach more than 92%. fit a homogeneous control model second order rate-controlling step, activation process is be 53.6 kJ/mol. presence accelerate improve efficiency, compared conventional stirring.
