Electrical and Magnetic Anomalies Due to Substitutional Atoms in NiAl

摘要: The electrical resistivity and the magnetization were measured from 4.2 K to room temperature in CsCl-type compounds, Ni 1+ x Al 1- , (Ni y Co ) 1.04 0.96 z Fe . magnetic anomalies pseudo-binary compounds seem be Kondo effect due substitutional cobalt iron atoms Pauli-paramagnetic NiAl matrix. From this point of view, temperatures estimated dependence excess susceptibility are ∼100 for former ∼1 latter ones, respectively. These values nearly equal those dilute alloys copper gold hosts.
