摘要: The perovskites Pb(Sc1/2Nb1/2)O3 and Pb(Sc1/2Ta1/2)O3 can be obtained in a disordered state by means of synthesis at high temperature (1250 to 1500°C). Ordering the trivalent pentavalent ions occurs during annealing lower temperatures. kinetics this ordering process are investigated X-ray diffraction, dielectric polarisation, DSC measurements. proceeds via nucleation-growth average diameter ordered domains as function time is determined line broadening. Disordering experiments carried out on an order-disorder transition 1210°C yielded.
