摘要: If there is one monkey species that could be considered the standard laboratory animal for use in biomedical and behavioral research, it would have to rhesus (Macaca mulatta). This species, known its hardiness adaptability rigors of confinement, has been mainstay experimental research many years. Consequently, a wealth data on parameters growth development exists this species. Many nursery facilities throughout world continued, modified, or adopted techniques rearing nonhuman primates from procedures initiated by few individuals years ago monkeys.
