摘要: In this paper, crushed lava granulate was used as full silica sand replacement in composition of repair mortars based on hydrated lime, natural hydraulic or cement-lime binder. Lava granules were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF), diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Particle size distribution both aggregates assessed using standard sieve analysis. Hygrothermal function the developed lightweight materials characterized measurement complete set hygric, thermal, structural parameters hardened mortar samples that tested for 28 days 90 cured specimens. As must also meet requirements mechanical performance, their compressive strength, flexural dynamic Young’s modulus tested. The newly composed aggregate lime met technical, functional, compatibility, performance criteria masonry rendering materials, found well applicable historically valuable buildings.
