摘要: The purpose of this multicenter study was to review the results treatment and identify complications in edentulous patients who were treated with transmandibular implant. A total 190 four university departments. These presented for mandibular bone heights that ranged from 4 18 mm (mean, 10 mm). After postoperative periods 3 months 5 years, 182 implants (95.8%) stable functional. Three removed due perioperative fractures mandibles 6 height. Five infection which occurred within first after surgery. Reversible developed 22.2% successfully. function demonstrated no mobility infrabony pockets around any transmucosal posts. demonstrate implant has acceptable predictability reliability reconstruction severe atrophy alveolar process.
