摘要: With the development of new imaging techniques, potential for probing molecular, cellular, and structural components tumor microenvironment in situ has increased dramatically. A multitude modalities have been successfully employed to probe different aspects microenvironment, including expression molecules, cell motion, cellularity, vessel permeability, vascular perfusion, metabolic physiological changes, apoptosis, inflammation. This chapter focuses on most recent advances magnetic resonance methods, which offer a number advantages over other methodologies, high spatial resolution use nonionizing radiation, as well such methods context primary secondary brain tumors. It also highlights how they can be used assess molecular cellular changes response therapy.
