摘要: Abstract Fast-responding pressure-sensitive paints (PSP) based on luminescent oxygen sensor have porous structure in order to improve diffusive permeation into paint layer. This inevitably works as an absorbent of moisture air, which has considerable influences the response paint. The anodized alumina (AA-PSP), is one common fast-responding PSPs, was characterized moist air. Tris(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline) ruthenium (II) dichloride used luminophore. Hydrophobic coating applied reduce adsorption. Emission characteristics PSP sample were measured using a calibration apparatus, pressure, temperature and humidity can be controlled independently. Moisture sorption isotherm by volumetric gas adsorption method. experimental results show that emission intensity increases proportion relative at constant pressure. sensitivity remains value under various conditions. pressure irrespective humidity. AA-PSP exhibits amount water slowly range from 20% 80%. implies that, within this range, molecules are adsorbed diffuse pore sidewalls form thin layer surface, may play major role PSP.
