摘要: The formation of precipitates from the solid solutions C and N in α‐iron has been studied by means internal friction peak associated with stress‐induced interstitial diffusion solute atoms. A transformation law found to fit experimental data. data are interpreted as showing following: (1) Fe3C shape spheres; (2) an intermediate phase precipitation nitrogen forms disks; (3) within error there is indicated no continuous nucleation. Using results a derivation made Zener, mean distance between nuclei calculated for Fe3C. For carbon concentrations about 0.016 wt. percent, this 800, 2000, 7000 Angstroms at 27°C, 102°C, 312°C, respectively. With appropriate conditions, temperature dependence rate be same
