摘要: Abstract An updated description of the land surface scheme ISBA (Interaction Soil Biosphere Atmosphere) is given. Recent improvements mostly concern evaporation from bare soil, inclusion gravitational drainage, a continuous formulation soil transfer coefficients for heat and moisture, modification drag coefficients. Validations this undertaken at local scale using data set various field campaign experiments are summarized. The has been implemented in mesoscale global models. Mesoscale modelling was used to define effective parameters taking into account sub-grid heterogeneities surface. Finally, developments on moisture initialization potential applications numerical weather prediction described.
