摘要: In vivo release of substance P (SP) was measured by microdialysis in the nucleus tractus solitarii (nTS) adult cats. Small perfused semipermeable tubules (microdialysis probes) were implanted stereotaxically nTS, at position respiration-related neurons and with artificial CSF. SP determined radioimmunoassay perfusate. Increased extracellular concentrations SP-like immunoreactivity (SP-LI) during hypoxia induced artificially ventilated addition, a prolonged increase SP-LI concentration encountered after cervical vagotomy. The results corroborate suggestion that is mediator central response to hypoxia.
