摘要: The formation of unique vacuoles in tenotomized rat soleus muscle fibers was examined by light and electron microscopy. After tenotomy at both proximal distal tendons, virtually all underwent characteristic degenerative changes with a disorganization myofibrils called the central core lesion, but eventually recovered. At 3 days after tenotomy, some showed small sarcoplasm end segments, which were larger diameter paler staining than those control 5 days, more formed together extensive myofibrils. Such vacuole conspicuous end. 1 week myofibrillar most areas, considerably enlarged to occupy near fiber ends. Vacuoles decreased number size time could rarely be seen 4 weeks postoperative. In thin-section microscopy, early forms often connected T-system tubules. limiting membrane such possessed many caveolae, appeared continuous networks. closely associated sarcoplasmic reticulum form dyadic connections. later stages, lined part basal lamina. From these findings, it can concluded that are sarcolemmal nature derived from T-system. significances discussed special reference mechanism fate their clinical implications.
