摘要: Abstract An experimental program has been conducted to define the mechanical response of three two-dimensional triaxially braided textile composite materials tensile loading. The materials' longitudinal and transverse moduli, Poisson's ratios, strengths were measured in a series tests. In addition, physical mechanisms that determined these results defined. Moireinterferometry was used full field strain distributions on surface specimens. Enhanced X-ray radiography replication techniques identify damage exhibited materials. Transverse cracks delaminations located their propagation with increasing load monitored through use techniques.
