摘要: The gross energy content of the milk cow, sow, ewe, goat and human has been determined by bomb calorimeter, compared with results obtained using conversion factors chemical analysis.Correction for non-protein nitrogen led to values agreeing within 0·5–1·0% all species. For colostrum other may be involved, a closer estimate value was treating nitrogenous constituents as being protein.
