摘要: Video-thoracoscopic sympathectomy is an effective therapy for patients with severe primary palmar hyperhidrosis who are reaching the latter part of their teenage years. However, best level, extent sympathectomy, and optimal technique used to interrupt sympathetic chain remain subjects debate. Our review shows that single resection should be preferred multiple levels resection. In cases isolated hyperhidrosis, T3 level choice, although T4 may also reasonable. All procedures have similar outcomes, but sympathicotomy because it more simple less extensive than others.
