摘要: Ecosystem goods and services (EGS) studies have had little impact on policy processes real-world decision-making due to limited understanding of the interactions feedbacks among ecological, social economic processes. Here we present an inter- transdisciplinary analysis global change impacts EGS provision in a European mountain region. Our aim is evaluate projected influence drivers future show possible ways address predominant limitations studies. The integrated findings from ecological experiments, mechanistic models landscape dynamics, socio-economic land-use models, stakeholder are presented consecutively. Four regionally downscaled scenarios, for case study region near Visp, Switzerland (350 km2), were used examine climate changes four ecosystem services, i.e., food provision, timber production, net greenhouse gas emissions protection natural hazards. simulation results reveal key aspects that EGS. First, high spatial temporal heterogeneity even small Second, find much more pronounced forest EGS, while agricultural result primarily shifts conditions. Third, our modeling complex trade-offs associated with different scenarios. Fourth, simulations illustrate importance between environmental decisions. We discuss respect both existing networks interactions. describe framework based experiments observations effectively supports integration into integrative chain regions, political process also
