摘要: The accurate diagnosis of dementias and the screening cognitive impairment constitute a key to attend sociodemographical needs. This paper states aims diagnosis, tools used their main psychometric features, especially, reliability validity. need critically review publications on this subject is highlighted Standards for Reporting Diagnostic Accuracy (STARD) are mentioned. In addition, some proposals recommendations from literature cited reviewed. Finally, tests studied most by Spanish neurologists commented on.
