Testimony without harmful effects: full protection of the child victim of intrafamilial sexual abuse

摘要: Introduction: intrafamilial sexual abuse of children is a social and public health problem. The investigation crimes this nature shows widespread often irreversible psychological harm to the victims. harmful effects arise from act itself as well absence special care for children, whose development gradual condition being subjects with rights ignored. Interdisciplinary coordination among fields Law, Psychology, Social Work essential reduce extent damage. these areas expertise when put into practice leads non-victimization child. This interdisciplinary effort has gained prominence in discussions children’s rights, possibility its implementation project “Testimony without effects” (DSD, acronym Portuguese).  Objective : analyze DSD (Depoimento Sem Dano) perspective full protection Methods qualitative approach, literature review, legislation review semi-structured interviews. Results there was shortage national on DSD. interviews enabled designation four categories based analysis different points view according those interviewed: actions legal professionals children; need change dynamic listening child victim; positivity “DSD” proposal; effectiveness technique.
