摘要: Abstract Surface acoustic wave (SAW) devices are very attractive as gas sensors due to high sensitivity and low cost. Polypyrrole, obtained by a solid reaction from ferric stearate Langmuir–Blodgett (LB) film, has been deposited onto 128° YX-LiNbO3 substrate in order implement SAW chemical sensor. The formation of the conducting polymer confirmed X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), secondary ion mass spectrometry (SIMS) scanning electron microscopy (SEM) measurements. delay line, equipped interdigital transducers operating at frequency 42 MHz coated sensitive polypyrrole LB tested towards NH3 air. Due absorption process, various loadings cause variation velocity measured phase shift technique output device. Partially reversible response air showed sensitivity. calibration curve NH3, its detection limit degradation phenomena coating have performed. Our detector exhibits excellent selectivity NH3.
